Hyderabad, July 20 -- BJP Telangana State president N Ramchander Rao on Monday said India has strengthened its position as a global power under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, pointing to growth in defence exports and increased self-reliance in the defence sector over the past 12 years.
Addressing a meeting of the BJP State Ex-Servicemen Cell at the party's state office, Ramchander Rao called upon retired armed forces personnel to continue serving the nation by fighting corruption and injustice and to work with military discipline to help bring the BJP to power in Telangana.
