Panchkula, Aug. 25 -- Haryana Development and Panchayats Minister Krishan Lal Panwar on Tuesday said the process governing temporary release of prisoners, including Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, was in accordance with prescribed rules and court directions.
Speaking to reporters here, he was responding to a question on the Dera chief securing parole once again. Ram Rahim walked out of Rohtak's Sunaria jail on Tuesday after being granted a 21-day furlough, marking his 17th temporary release since his conviction in 2017.
