Bengaluru, June 1 -- Biennial elections have been announced for four Rajya Sabha seats from Karnataka as the terms of four members, including former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda and AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge, are set to expire on June 25.
According to an official notification issued on Monday by Karnataka Legislative Assembly Secretary and Returning Officer MK Vishalakshi, polling to fill the four vacancies will be held on June 18.
Apart from Deve Gowda and Kharge, the other retiring members include Iranna Kadadi and Narayana Koragappa.
