Panchkula/New Delhi, July 30 -- In a passionate appeal for justice, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Bhatia on Thursday urged the Centre to establish a Circuit Bench of the Punjab and Haryana High Court in Gurugram, to bring the courts closer to millions in South Haryana.
Speaking during Zero Hour, Bhatia emphasised that this proposal goes beyond infrastructure, addressing core issues of accessible justice, judicial decentralisation, business ease, and the region's economic progress. He urged the Central Government to initiate a feasibility study in consultation with the Haryana Government, the Punjab and Haryana High Court and other authorities concerned.
