Jammu, Aug. 20 -- Remembering the life of Bharat Ratna former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, and the achievements of the nation under his leadership, the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) described him as a visionary and the architect of 21st Century India.
Paying tributes on his 82nd birth anniversary, the J&K Congress said Rajiv Gandhi had prepared the youth of the country for the challenges of the 21st century in India, especially with the IT and Computer revolution, lowering the voting age from 21 years to 18 years, and introducing a vibrant Panchayat Raj system in the Country.
