New Delhi, Aug. 20 -- Congress general secretary in-charge communications Jairam Ramesh on Thursday recalled former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi's contribution to empowering India's youth, saying his initiatives in electoral reforms, education, youth development and technology continued to hold relevance amid growing "restlessness and agitation" among young people across the country.
