Mysuru, Sept. 30 -- Superstar Rajinikanth on Wednesday visited the Chamundeshwari Temple atop Chamundi Hills here and offered prayers amid his ongoing film shooting in the Mysuru region.
Rajinikanth arrived at the temple early in the morning and had darshan of Goddess Chamundeshwari, the presiding deity of Mysuru. Temple staff and locals welcomed the actor during his visit.
A large number of fans gathered outside the temple after news of his visit spread. Rajinikanth acknowledged the cheering fans by waving at them before leaving the temple premises.
