Mumbai, Sept. 19 -- Rajat Kapoor is reportedly set to become part of Akshay Kumar's upcoming science-fiction action thriller "Samuk", with the actor-filmmaker said to be taking on a significant role in the project.
Directed by Kanishk Varma, the film is produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah under his banner Sunshine Pictures, with Ashwin A. Shah co-producing it. Shooting is currently underway in the UK.
"Samuk" is being produced on a grand scale. The film will combine science fiction with action and survival adventure. However, the producers have not yet shared details about the story and characters.
