Jaipur, May 13 -- The Rajasthan Police Special Operations Group (SoG) picked up around 45 suspects in connection with NEET UG guess paper/paper leak, even as the National Testing Agency (NTA) cancelled the prestigious examination following revelations on the issue.
The SoG sources said formal arrests were not made so far. However, the authorities were in touch with the NTA.
This issue was also raised before the SoG Additional Director General (ADG) Vishal Kumar Bansal at a media briefing on Sunday. Bansal had said that the guess paper in reference had surfaced many days before the date of NEET exam (May 3, 2026) "so we deemed it to be a matter of guess paper, not as a paper leak".
