Jaipur, June 17 -- The People union for Civil Liberties(PUCL) has condemned "systematic manipulation of census data,"suppression of ground realities" in the ongoing census drill.
The PUCL views with the gravest alarm the revelations made in some media reports regarding the conduct of the ongoing Census House listing Operations (HLO) across some states including Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh.
