Jaipur, Sept. 1 -- A recently formed organisation of progressive lawyers, "Dimagi Naxal Advocates Group", has written to the Jaipur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd (JVVNL), Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC) and Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), asking authorities to clear the footpaths of all sorts of encroachments by September 30, for easy movement of pedestrians.
The outfit, a by-creation of satirical reaction to the new term "Dimagi Naxali" coined by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and also the impact of rightist campaigns by Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) activists, has given a one-month ultimatum to authorities reminding them that walking through well demarcated and well maintained obstruction free footpaths is a fundamental right of citizens....
