Jaipur, June 29 -- Infamous dacoit Jagan Gurjar died in suspicious circumstances in the high security Ajmer Jail today.
According to police reports reached at the state headquarters here, Jagan at one point in time was carrying a reward of Rs 11 lakh on his head. Found dead in his barracks, during regular patrolling by jail wardens this afternoon.
Soon police and foreignsic science lab (FSL) experts were summoned who have begun their on spot investigations and collected possible evidences.
Ajmer Superintendent of Police (SP) Harshvardhan Agrawal said that cause of the death could be ascertained only after the postmortem and the FSL report.
So, whether, he died a natural death or by suicide or killed by someone, still remains a mystery, ...
