Jaipur, March 27 -- Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, describing it as "a protective shield for India" in the challenging times and welcomed the decision of slashing central excise duty on petrol and diesel.
