Jaipur, Oct. 30 -- Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma accused the opposition Congress of "double speak as per their convenience" about serious issues like democracy and constitutional institutions.
"For the opposition party the democracy in the country is strong and fine when they win the election, but that democracy appears to them weak and under threat when they bite the dust at the hustings", Sharma said sarcastically while launching the ruling BJP's "Loktantra Bachao : Arajakta Bhagao" padyatra in Kota.
