Bhubaneswar, March 28 -- In a move aimed at improving long-distance travel and enhancing passenger convenience, Indian Railways has announced the introduction of two pairs of weekly Express trains.
These services will operate between Santragachi-Yelahanka-Santragachi (AC Express) and Shalimar-MGR Chennai-Shalimar.
According to sources from East Coast Railway (ECoR), Train No. 18063 Santragachi-Yelahanka AC Express will commence operations from April 2, 2026. The train will depart from Santragachi every Thursday at 12:50 hrs and reach Yelahanka on Saturday at 00:20 hrs.
