Prayagraj, Aug. 7 -- Uttar Pradesh Congress in-charge Rajendra Pal Gautam, Friday, said that all preparations for tomorrow's Rahul Gandhi's programme have been completed. He claimed that Rahul Gandhi's interaction with students and youth in Prayagraj will be historic, and through his interaction with students, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha will explore a new path to address their problems.
