New Delhi, March 5 -- Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday voiced concern over potential disruptions to India's energy supplies amid escalating geopolitical tensions in the region, saying the country could face serious risks due to its dependence on oil shipments passing through the Strait of Hormuz.
In a post on X, Gandhi, who is also the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, said the global situation had entered a volatile phase and called for decisive leadership from the government. "The world has entered a volatile phase. Stormy seas lie ahead," he wrote.
