New Delhi, Feb. 15 -- Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, on Sunday launched a sharp attack on the Centre over the proposed trade agreement with the United States, alleging that Indian farmers' interests were being compromised.
In a post on X, Gandhi, who is also the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, wrote, "In the name of a US trade deal, we are witnessing a betrayal of India's farmers," and posed a series of questions to Prime Minister Narendra Modi seeking clarity on the implications of agricultural imports under the proposed agreement.
