Hyderabad, June 28 -- union Minister for Coal and Mines G Kishan Reddy on Sunday criticised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, saying he should introspect over his performance as the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, alleging that the Congress had suffered repeated electoral setbacks under his leadership.

In a statement, Kishan Reddy claimed that since Rahul assumed the post of Leader of the Opposition two years ago, the Congress had been defeated in several Assembly elections, while the BJP had continued to expand its electoral footprint under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
