New Delhi, July 17 -- Senior Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi today called for a national consensus against examination paper leaks, accusing the government of failing to punish those responsible despite 152 reported cases over the last decade and proposing technology-driven reforms to restore the credibility of India's examination system.
Addressing thousands of students at the second edition of the "Chhatron ki Goonj" (Echo of the Students) convention in Dehradun, Gandhi alleged that recurring paper leaks had shattered the aspirations of millions of young people and reflected deep structural failures in the country's recruitment and examination processes.
