Hyderabad, March 9 -- P V Sindhu, an Olympic medallist and Padma Shri recipient, has been appointed the official ambassador of the EBG Foundation to support programmes focused on child welfare, grassroots sports development, and women's economic empowerment.
Announcing the collaboration on Monday, the Foundation said Sindhu's global reputation and the organisation's grassroots presence would help expand community programmes aimed at improving access to education, healthcare, sporting opportunities and livelihood support across India, a statement here said.
