Bhubaneswar, Oct. 3 -- Newly appointed Odisha BJP in-charge and national vice-president D. Purandeswari on Saturday called for closer coordination between the state government and the party organisation, while stressing the need to further strengthen the BJP's organisational network across the state.
Purandeswari, who has been assigned the responsibility of Odisha for the second time, arrived here along with newly appointed co-in-charge and national secretary Dr Swadesh Singh. They were accorded a warm welcome by BJP leaders and workers at the airport and subsequently at the state party headquarters.
