Jammu, Oct. 13 -- The All Jammu and Kashmir Sikh Sangat on Tuesday informed that Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has called for dialogue as indefinite Punjabi Language Morcha entered its thirteenth consecutive day with the campaign gaining fresh momentum through political backing and endorsements from religious institutions, educational bodies and community organisations across Jammu and Kashmir.
