Chandigarh, April 23 -- The Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) has officially launched "Mission Clean Air Mandi Gobindgarh" as part of the broader National Clean Air Programme (NCAP). The initiative was inaugurated during a high-level meeting held in Mandi Gobindgarh, presided over by PPCB Chairperson Reena Gupta and Member Secretary Dr. Lavneet Kumar Dubey.
The session saw active participation from district administration officials, including Deputy Commissioner Dr. Sona Thind and Additional Deputy Commissioner Pooja Siyal, alongside representatives from key departments such as the Municipal Council, PWD, NHAI, PSIEC, and the Forest Department.
