According to official data, the state has successfully ensured prompt procurement and swift payment transfers, reinforcing its pledge to support farmers during the harvest period.

Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak announced that payments totaling Rs 15,871.51 crore have already been directly credited into the bank accounts of over 4.90 lakh farmers.
