Chandigarh, April 25 -- In a concerted effort to foster self-reliance and provide sustainable livelihood opportunities, the Punjab government on Friday distributed essential tool kits to 351 Industrial Training Institute (ITI) trainees belonging to the Scheduled Caste communities.
The initiative, spearheaded by the Department of Social Justice, Empowerment and Minorities, aims to enable young professionals to establish their own business ventures and achieve financial independence.
