Chandigarh, May 11 -- Following the recent arrest of Cabinet Minister Sanjeev Arora by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Punjab government, on Monday evening, announced the reallocation of his portfolios to three other ministers.
In a move to maintain the smooth functioning of key state departments, Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann reassigned the portfolios that were previously held by Arora.
As per the official notification, Tarunpreet Singh Sond has been given the responsibility of the Power Department. Harjot Singh Bains has been entrusted with the Local Government department, and Aman Arora has been handed the charge of the Industries department.
