Pune, Aug. 6 -- Pune Samvad will organise two special public sessions on Saturday, August 8, at Bhausaheb Chitale Auditorium, SP College, focusing on different dimensions of Naxalism.
The first session, "Voices from the Ground", will feature victims of Naxalite violence and a C-60 Commando sharing their firsthand experiences.
This will be followed by the second session, "Naxalism - A War Within", in which Sandeep Patil, IPS, Special Inspector General of Police, Nagpur Range, will deliver a special information session on the realities of Naxal-affected regions.
The opening panel will give citizens a rare chance to hear firsthand from victims of Naxal violence and frontline anti-Naxal personnel.
