Imphal, June 21 -- In view of the prevailing monsoon season and the continuous rainfall across in Manipur some of the flood prone districts have issued advisories through the concerned District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA).
They urged residents to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions against possible flood-related hazards.
Continuous rainfall has resulted in rising water levels in rivers, streams, and other water bodies, increasing the risk of flooding, riverbank breaches, landslides, and waterlogging in low-lying areas.
