Patiala, Aug. 4 -- In a major initiative aimed at strengthening direct communication with consumers and ensuring speedy resolution of grievances, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) will organise Stakeholder Consultation-cum-Grievance Redressal Meetings in five districts of Punjab on August 7.
The meetings will be led by Dr. Basant Garg, IAS, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, PSPCL, along with all four Directors of the Corporation. Acting on the directions of the CMD, the Directors will personally visit their assigned districts, interact with stakeholders, hear their concerns, and take immediate steps for resolving issues wherever possible.
