Srinagar, June 16 -- Police on Tuesday attached properties worth around Rs 4 crore belonging to three alleged drug peddlers in separate actions in Awantipora and Srinagar as part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyaan.
In Awantipora sub district of south Kashmir, police attached a double-storey residential house and 7 kanals and 18 marlas of land worth approximately Rs 2.50 crore belonging to Nisar Ahmad Khanaday, a resident of Chersoo, Awantipora.
The action was taken under Section 68-F of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
