Srinagar, July 8 -- The Ganderbal district administration on Wednesday said that it has launched an investigation into alleged irregularities in the on-the-spot registration process for Shri Amarnathji Yatra pilgrims at the Manigam Transit Camp, suspending four teachers and seeking registration of an FIR after discrepancies surfaced in the process.
According to official orders, the Chief Education Officer (CEO), Ganderbal, suspended Bilal Ahmad Sheikh, Aabid Mohi-ud-Din Bhat, Peer Mudasir and Gowhar Rashid Kullu with immediate effect on the recommendation of the Nodal Officer, Transit Camp Manigam (Assistant Commissioner Revenue).
