Bhubaneswar, Aug. 22 -- A reported robbery case in Odisha's Jharsuguda district took a dramatic turn after an evidence-based investigation by Badmal police allegedly exposed a pre-planned conspiracy, leading to the recovery of Rs 4,89,700.
Badmal police registered the case on August 20 and launched a detailed probe, using CCTV footage, technical evidence, scientific analysis and local intelligence to establish the sequence of events.
During the investigation, police allegedly found evidence suggesting that the robbery had been staged as part of a pre-planned conspiracy. Pinku Suna emerged as the alleged key conspirator, while Rabi Suna, Anand Tandi and Manoj Nanda were also found to be allegedly involved, police said.
