New Delhi, June 16 -- Ahead of the scheduled meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the G7 Summit in France, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Tuesday urged the Prime Minister to raise the issue of three Indian sailors reportedly killed in recent US strikes, questioning what she described as the government's silence over the matter.
In a post on social media platform X, Priyanka Gandhi said the deaths of the Indian nationals should figure prominently in discussions between the two leaders.
"I think the Prime Minister must raise the issue of the killing of three Indian sailors in the U.S. strikes. It is surprising that we have not spoken about what is happening," she said.
