Hyderabad, June 19 -- Bhongir MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy on Friday described the 'CM Praja Vani' programme as a lifeline for the people, enabling the government to understand and resolve public grievances directly.
During his visit to Jyotiba Phule Praja Bhavan, where the programme is held every Tuesday and Friday, the MP reviewed complaints received from citizens and held discussions with nodal officers of various departments.
He directed officials to resolve public issues expeditiously and ensure that government welfare schemes reach all eligible beneficiaries.
Kiran Kumar Reddy said officials should respond promptly to grievances and avoid negligence in addressing people's concerns.
