Shimla, March 30 -- Additional District & Sessions Judge Fast Track Special Court (POCSO), Solan, convicted and sentenced an accused, Prakash Singh, for kidnapping and committing illicit intercourse with a minor girl.
According to Public Prosecutor Prithvi Singh Negi, accused Prakash - a resident of Kaushambi district in Uttar Pradesh - has been convicted under Section 6 of the POCSO Act and has to serve rigorous imprisonment of 20 years.
