Puducherry, March 19 -- The First Randomization of FLC passed EVMs and VVPATs is done by the District Election Officer to allocate them Assembly Constituency wise.
According to a release from the Election Department today, detailed instructions on First Randomization of EVMs and VVPATs are mentioned in Manual on Electronic Voting Machine, which is available in ECI website.
"First Randomization of EVMs and VVPATs to be used in the upcoming General Election to Puducherry Legislative Assembly 2026 has been conducted on 18.03.2026 at 3.00 PM in the Conference Hall, Collectorate, Puducherry to allocate EVMs and VVPATs Assembly Constituency-wise", it said.
