Puducherry, May 4 -- Puducherry Chief Minister and AINRC Founder N Rangasamy once again proved his supremacy from his stronghold of Thattanchavady seat--one of the two constituencies contested by him--winning by a margin of 4,441 votes as the counting of votes progressed on Monday.

According to the present trend Mr Rangasamy is also poised to win from Mangalam constituency--the second seat from where he contested.

In a bid to give a tough fight to Rangasamy, the Opposition Congress heading the INDIA bloc, fielded former CM, PCC President and Lok Sabha MP V Vaithilingam.
