Srinagar, June 15 -- Police in Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday registered a case against individuals allegedly involved in creating and circulating content on social media that can outrage religious feelings and can promote enmity and hatred between religious groups particularly in view of the forthcoming holy month of Muharram.
The case was registered at Police Station Budgam under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
