Bhubaneswar, June 1 -- The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Monday slammed the Odisha government alleging that the police administration in the state has crossed all limits ofbrutality.
The party alleged that incidents of third-degree torture inside police stations are increasing and the police administration, which has failed to provide justice to victims of violence occurring across the state, is instead subjecting ordinary citizens to inhumane third-degree treatment.
