Shimla, April 2 -- Himachal Pradesh High Court on Thursday directed the victim-petitioner to file her response after the State Government submitted its long-awaited status report in the POCSO case against BJP MLA from Churah, Dr. Hans Raj.
Hearing the petition challenging the bail granted to the MLA, the bench of Justice Sandeep Sharma took on record the status report filed by the State. The investigating officer, Inspector Rajni from SV & ACB Bilaspur, also appeared in person before the court along with the case record.
