New Delhi, July 10 -- A Special PMLA Court in Prayagraj has taken cognisance of the chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the bank fraud case involving JVL Agro Industries Ltd and others.
The chargesheet was filed before the Special Court (PMLA) in Lucknow on November 25, 2025.
The court has taken cognisance against 25 accused persons and entities. The ED initiated its investigation based on an FIR and chargesheet filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Lucknow, regarding offences under various provisions of the Indian Penal Code in connection with the alleged bank fraud committed by JVL Agro Industries Ltd., its promoters and other associates.
