Srinagar, April 27 -- union Minister for Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and Rural Development Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday announced the launch of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY)-IV, Batch-II in Jammu & Kashmir, aimed at strengthening rural connectivity and infrastructure across the region.

The programme will be formally launched at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar on Tuesday, marking a key milestone in the union Territory's development journey.
