Visakhapatnam, June 27 -- The PM SVANidhi Scheme is providing crucial financial assistance to street vendors by enabling access to collateral-free working capital loans and other welfare benefits, GVMC Urban Community Development (UCD) Project Director B.V. Ramana said on Saturday.
In a statement, Ramana said the PM SVANidhi Mahotsav and Lok Kalyan Mela are being organised across Andhra Pradesh from June 1 to 30 under the directions of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India, and under the aegis of MEPMA Andhra Pradesh as part of the Urban Livelihood Mission 2.0 programme.
