New Delhi, July 17 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday projected Chandigarh as a national model of planned urban development and outlined the NDA government's vision of transforming the union Territory into a hub of healthcare, education, innovation and connectivity, while asserting that India's progress over the past 12 years has established it as a global destination for medical care and future-oriented infrastructure.
