New Delhi, Aug. 1 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch the 'Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan' through video conferencing on Sunday, August 2, inaugurating a 100-week nationwide Jan Bhagidari campaign to promote a drug-free India and encourage youth participation in the fight against substance abuse.

An official statement said the Prime Minister will launch the initiative at 11 a.m., with the campaign aimed at motivating young people to reject substance abuse and emerge as agents of positive social transformation in their communities.

"The initiative aims to inspire youth to stay away from substance abuse and encourage them to become ambassadors of positive social change in their communities," the statement said.
