Lucknow, April 28 -- Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Rai has claimed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's dream of attending the BJP's swearing-in ceremony in Bengal will never come true.

The second phase of voting in West Bengal is scheduled for April 29, and big claims of change are being made in Bengal, said Rai, claiming that his party is contesting the elections strongly in West Bengal and that the Congress' position will also be strengthened in Assam and Kerala in the coming times.
