New Delhi, Sept. 23 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday paid tribute to Rashtrakavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar on his birth anniversary, recalling his contribution to Hindi literature and his powerful writings on national consciousness, courage and self-respect.
