New Delhi, May 23 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday distributed more than 51,000 appointment letters to newly recruited youth in various government departments and organisations under the 19th edition of the Rozgar Mela, asserting that India's young population is driving the country's march towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.
Addressing the recruits via video conferencing, Modi said the Rozgar Mela reflects the government's commitment to empowering the country's youth with new employment opportunities and strengthening their role in nation-building.
