Chandigarh, July 17 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday dedicated the Kurukshetra Elevated Railway Track to the nation and laid the foundation stone for Haryana's first Sikh Museum, marking two major infrastructure and heritage projects worth around Rs 617 crore for the historic city as part of a larger development package of over Rs 14,700 crore announced for the state.

The projects were inaugurated virtually by the Prime Minister from Jind during the launch of nine major development initiatives across Haryana.
